Service rating : I appreciated the information tracking my order and letting me know it arrived on time and safely. It’s particularly important for the flowers to arrive on time as I live a long way and do not see my mum and dad often at all. The last flowers by post company delivered late and missed a prticularly important event. So I was really pleased to have the informationabout my order. Thank you.

I have to be honest, I don’t use Serenata Flowers Ltd that often but every time I do need flowers delivered in Leeds they are who I go to and they are brilliant. Competitive prices, beautiful products, quick and easy to use. Definitely using them again.

Service rating : The flowers arrived on time but delivery instructions weren’t followed - I requested they be left with a neighbour if the recipient was out but they were put in an outside cupboard. It was only by chance they were found.
The website was easy to use.
Product : The recipient loved them! A sizeable bunch with beautiful and unusually coloured flowers. Most we’re still unopened so they lasted even longer than expected.

Service rating : Flowers arrived on time and to the proper address. No problems at all.
Product : The flowers took a few days to bloom, but that just makes them better really.

Very quick and easy to use, paying by PayPal is also a big plus.

Service rating : The flowers I sent were in memory of my mum who had died on NYE last year. The ’card’ that was with the flowers was a serrated piece of paper that had been obviously torn from a strip and had a 10% discount voucher on the back - inappropriate. The flowers were in a box not in a hand tied bunch as displayed.
Product : The flowers were advertised as a £24,99 bunch on offer at £20. Delivery was allegedly free. The flowers that arrived were described, by my father, as "..a seven quid bunch." It was not the idea to send something that was insulting to my mothers memory. I will learn my lesson from this and not send flowers on line again.

Service rating : Very quick service as i needed them really quickly and no other site could do them for the date i needed. I was very pleased.
Product : I cannot comment on the product as did not see them myself but my sister said they were very nice.

Fast and convenient

I have ordered flowers previously and always ordered my flowers from you, but on this occassion, I was a bit dissapointed for the following reasons; When I contacted the recipient she informed me, she had received the flowers but not until the next day because flowers were left on her door step, they were handed to her when her carer was visiting that morning. To try and avoid any problems I quite clearly informed you when I ordered the flowers that when the flowers are delivered and to be patient as recipient is elderly, and if you do not get any response please with the neighbour! So why were they left on the doorstep, is this normal practise? On the upside the recipient was pleased with the flowers.

Service rating : These flowers were meant for a funeral service. I made specific delivery instructions that they were to be delivered before 10am and they never arrived until apporx 2.30pm. Even when I checked with the tracking log it says 1.30 so I am not sure what happened here. I realise that you can’t deliver to a specific time but if you were unable to make the time requested it would have been nice to have been notified and I could have chosen an earlier date so that the flowers were there for the funeral.

This is the second time that I’ve used this company and have no complaints. They were very good at letting me know what stage my order was at. I will use again.

Flowers and vase were satisfactory. However the delivery standard was very poor. The flowers were for my daughter following the birth of her baby. She was delayed at the hospital and wasn’t in to recieve them. They were just lect on the doorstep which is staight on to the street, The box got soaked and could have been stolen! No attempt was made to contact either of us by phone as I had asked on the delivery instructions. My daughter’s partner phoned to complain.

Always a lovely touch to a bunch of flowers

I felt the communication was excellent and ease if purchase was amazing. The nicely worded e mail I got when the flowers were delivered was such a personal touch! InterFlora can now do one! I’m a Serenata customer now!

Service rating : I rate it ’poor’ because I had to track down the order that was never delivered. It was resent but I am disappointed I didn’t receive a note or apology for the error.
Product : My Nan tells me the flowers were beautiful but I didn’t see them myself.

Service rating : I made an order to be delivered the next day for a birthday. I got an email to say the transaction was successful. When I next checked my email (which happened to be the next day), I saw an email saying that due to a random security check my order will not be released until I confirm it. I phoned (from South Africa) to confirm immediately. I was then informed that because of this procedure my order would only be delivered two days later. Is this random security check really necessary? If so, perhaps you could give more warning about it so that people know to check their email a few hours after placing the order incase a random security check confirmation is required. In this way can avoid delaying people’s orders.
