I’m disgusted by the way Seranata delivered awful roses that were dying in smelly water, to my wife on valentines day. After spending £50 on a bunch of roses from Serenata that were so bad, was very upsetting for both my wife and me. To add to this, when I contacted Seranata and told them what happened I was e-mailed back saying that’s how the roses were meant to be and there’s nothing they can do. I’ve bought flowers fom Serenta in the past and recommended them to family and friends, but never again will I use them or recommend them. I’m truly shocked at the appalling way Seranata has dealt with me and taken my hard earned money, for flowers I didn’t want or expect. Seranata have a lost loyal customer and referrals from this customer forever.

The card was good, but the whole experience was affected by the inability to deliver the correct number of roses.

The Flowers themselves were quite nice, I’m told.

the misses was made up with them, thats what counts.

Roses were smaller than I thought and given then price I felt they should have been larger.

Everything was lovely but what’s the point in lovely flowers if they gonna die in 2 days for the price I expected better quality

They did not look like the ones in the picture and also did not think they were £45 worth of flowers

I’d rate somewhere between good and poor. They were ok, though some of both the roses and the greenery looked shabby round the edges and the roses have failed to open (although that may be standard for these roses). I think next year I’ll probably buy from a local florist even though their prices are higher.

I say only good I don’t think she fancies me :( Maybe I should have gotten more than a dozen :(

Flowers were a "premium" bunch delivered in a scruffy box with no frills or effort at all. Flowers themselves were ok, nothing special, my girlfriend was if anything a little disappointed with them as they were not open,,they look better now than they did on the day.. Poor service and product all round. Lesson learnt.

Beautiful quality flowers

The flowers arrived in good shape and looked beauitful.
However after only three days some were looking ’tired’ and were starting to wilt.
After five days, 5 of the roses needed hospitalising.One week and one day later, all the flowers are gone. Will probably try a different provider next time.

Roses were in excellent condition, sadly one had been squashed in and didn’t survive the delivery.

Presentation was good but the head size of the roses was very small.

Unfortunately, the roses were not of the quality I expected, having paid nearly £50 for them. The presentation was ok, however, the amount of greenery was a little excessive & the unopened roses appeared very small & tired looking. Certainly didn’t look the price! I’m sure this was probably a one off, but I will shop around more the next time I want to surprise a loved one.
