Q: Can I create my own hamper to send?

A: We’re always keen to help, so if there’s a little bit of one hamper you’d like to send with a little bit of another hamper (and perhaps a bit of another), give our charming customer service team a call on 0800 047 0311. To make it easier, we suggest writing a list of the products you’ve seen on our site that you’d like to include – and leaving ample time for us to put it together before the delivery is due. As efficient as we try to be, we suspect we won’t be able to create your bespoke hamper for same-day delivery.

Q: Do you ever switch products from those pictured?

A: In the rare event that we run out of one of the products pictured in a hamper you’ve ordered, we will give you a call to check you are happy with our suggested replacement item – which we promise will be as close a match as we can find, and of equal or greater value.
