In the TV room or lounge, fill an empty fireplace with a big vase of flowers. Arrange a variety of containers with fresh cut stems across your mantlepiece.
Anyone that thinks rosé is just for summer should try this. Ripe red fruits, hint of spice which carries through into the palate, lovely supple mouthfeel; hints of red and black cherries, delicate tannins with bright acidity which lifts the remarkably elegant flavours of the Grenache. Bernard`s influence is clear in this wine, very modern winemaking in the best sense.

Producer: This is a new project by Bernard Julien of Domaine de Bachellery fame, who, upon realising that large parts of Bachellery were due to disappear beneath motorway slip roads and a toll booth, decided that it was time to take on a new winery and so he decided upon Chateau de Mus which had become available. Mus is a spectacular and historical chateau forts and castles have been built here overlooking the River Orb since at least 800 B.C. and the current Renaissance building was built in 1848, aside from that Mus came with some excellent vineyards and now, with Bernard at the helm, they are producing some excellent red wines and a very good rose from, not only the classics of Grenache and Carignan, but also some other lesser known local varieties.
