Producer: We have been searching for a good quality French sparkling wine for quite some time, something that one could serve up at functions or parties in great quantity, without breaking the bank or poisoning the guests and, at long last, we have tracked one down. Both the Charles Pelletier Blanc de Blancs and Rose are quite remarkable value - dry, clean, with good fruit and sustained fizz, the Rose has a really lovely wild strawberry quality to it.
