Producer: It took a while to find the village of Montallery but the outstanding Chablis that we tasted at the cellars of Claude and Jean-Louis Chevallier were more than worth the journey. One glance at their immaculate cellars and it became clear that the brothers were fastidious about cleanliness and extremely serious about Chablis.
