Marco’s single-vintage, luxury olive oil is produced almost exclusively from the Coreggiolo variety, hand-picked in numerous sweeps of the groves in October. As a result, the yield is extremely low, the quality equally as high with an acidity of less than 0.2%.. The olives are processed at low temperatures which encourages aroma and flavour. Beautiful green colour and intense nose – nutty/artichoke, green apple and spice. This is very classy – a little crusty bread and you have a delicious aperitif! A wonderful gift bottle for the foodie in your life.
