Covering 50 hectares of a surface gravel terroir, this property owes a lot to Prince Guy de Polignac who, in the mid-eighties, modernised the vine growing and invested in state of the art equipment for the winery . In 1995 Château Liversan was bought by the Lapalu family, also owners of Chateau Patache d’Aux, and they immediately set about completing the task started by the previous owner by restoring the château and cellars, all now beautifully immaculate.
